Like the Kokopuff dahlia of tulips, Mascotte is that perfect smokey purplely magenta-ish, with mauvey undertones that's impossible to properly describe or photograph! It's frilly fringe and layers of peony-esque petals make it a truely unique tulip and an absolute must grow!
