Seed & Bulb Orders
If an order is placed before 8am Monday–Thursday we will pack your order the same day. Our rural delivery driver then usually picks up our orders at the crack of dawn the next working day.

Once they've then been picked up they then usually arrive within 2–3 working days. Note Rural and South Island deliveries usually take an additional 2-3 working days to arrive.

Note during our big plant releases, we may need to prioritise packing up our plant orders on Mondays & Tuesdays, but will typically be caught up with our non-plant orders by Wednesdays.

Plant Orders
Plant orders placed before 8am Monday are typically shipped on Mondays (sometimes Tuesdays for North Island Town Centre orders).

Note orders are not packed on public holidays, and there may be a delay in processing orders after any of our bigger releases. Please see our Shipping Updates page for any up-to-date info about any pre-order shipping time-frames and any potential shipping delays.

Note all orders containing Tulips will be shipped by around mid April. Tulips also cannot be combined with Plant orders.If you'd like to have any other items from your order shipped earlier, please place separate orders.

Absolutely, all orders are sent via courier (NZ Post predominantly, Post Haste sometimes). You will receive an email with your tracking link when we start processing your order, and then a second email the moment it has been scanned in by the couriers and it's on its way to you.

If you would like to add on anything to an existing order, please send us a message with your order number and what exactly you'd like to add on, and - inventory permitting - we can process that for you on our end.

However once we have started processing your order (once your first tracking email is sent) we cannot make any changes to your order, and you will need to place a separate order.

Our general minimum order is $16.50, this helps us cover the basic packing costs of small orders.

For plant orders, we have a minimum of $65 worth of plants (which works out to about approx 7 plants). Note any 'Plant Collections' or 'Box Specials' do not count to this minimum as they are already standalone full boxes. Our custom plant boxes unfortunately are a little expensive, but incredibly courier-proof, so our plant order minimum helps cover the cost of the box.

We no longer ship with 'Signature Required' by default, but it is absolutely no problem at all to add that onto your order, just let us know in the Order Notes above and we can easily book your order with 'Signature Required' for you.

No sorry we cannot ship seeds, bulbs or plants out of New Zealand.
