Pansy - Nature Antique Shades

Seeds

Sale price$6.50
VIOLA X WITTROCKIANA

One of my favourite pansies, I'm beyond excited the seeds are finally back available again! All the best creamy, blushy golden shades with hints of pink & mauve.

Flowers last surprisingly well, and buds continue to open as old flowers fade. For best stem length grow in a sheltered semi shady spot (I grew under my sweet peas which worked beautifully).

We love to plant our pansies under our sweet peas, firstly as it is just oh so pretty, they also act like a great ground cover if planted densely enough to minimise weeds (& distract the quails from finding our delicious sweet pea tips. And we have also found the pansies do slowly elongate and get decent enough step length as they stretch and climb the sweet peas.

Pansies love cooler temps so are best sown in autumn through to early winter.

Keep an eye out for slugs as they absolutely love pansies and especially their flowers!
