Linaria - Canon Went

Linaria was one of the very first flower name mysteries I had. My first house came with the plants popping up here and there, I was obsessed with them (so were the bees!), but I didn't know enough about flowers at the time to know how to figure out what they were called or what to google to figure it out (seems kinda obvious that they're like a mini snapdragon now, but I didn't even know what a snapdragon was way back then). Anyways I eventually accidentally stumbled onto their name long after I'd given up looking.

Linaria are delightfully wispy, and good at self seeding gently, so even if the original plant dies off there's always another generation coming (but in a gentle not aggressive way).
