Golden peachy fluffy scabiosa like flowers, the Zinderella series also includes a good mix of cute singles. Always the first zinnia to flower for me.

Percentage of scabiosa-doubles does seem to vary, but minimising any shock or stress does seem to help increase the chance of them. So germinating at high temps, never letting them get root bound, avoiding transplant shock, growing earlier in the season to avoid heat stress are all the tricks I use to increase my chances of more doubles, but whatever percentage of singles I get it's totally worth it for the glorious doubles!
