MATTHIOLA INCANA

The palest of pale pink coloured stock I've ever seen! Same shade of dusty pink as Milla Light Pink, but much lighter.

A 50/50 mix between doubles and singles.

The StoX series of stock seem to be champions of the warmer wing seasons of stock (late spring, autumn flowering), handling the warmer temps and underwatering much better than the Katz series!

Please note, we have a minimum plant order of $45 (approx. 5 plants) – you can mix & match any plants to meet the minimum.

Our plant boxes can fit up to 10 plants per box.

Plant Type: Hardy Annual

Ideal Location: Full Sun / Partial Shade

Spacing: 10–15cm

Height: 60cm+

Most stock (except for the Quartet series) only typically produce one flower stem per plant, so do not pinch!

Some sort of support is generally advised, the taller they get the better your support will need to be.

Stock are best grown in the cooler months, their flowers will be more prone to damage in warm wet spells.

Being apart of the brassica family, it's best to try and time sowing after your white butterfly numbers subside in autumn but with enough time to make it to flowering before their population explodes back in spring - or be prepared to net them and/or treat with weekly/fortnightly sprays of BT (Bacillus thuringiensis - organic bacteria) to keep the munching caterpillars under control.
