My new favourite Orach colour, with it's unique golden, blushed with warm raspberry tones.

Orach is such a versatile cut being harvestable at virtually all stages from first-cut for foliage, then later for its airy flowering spires or textural seedheads. Pinching is highly recommended, otherwise they quickly become giant unusable stems!
