My favourite green orach variety! Larger seed heads & disks than other colours, and occasionally takes on the most divine blush tinges just before it properly goes to seed!

Orach is such a versatile cut being harvestable at virtually all stages from first-cut for foliage, then later for its airy flowering spires or textural seedheads. Pinching is highly recommended, otherwise they quickly become giant unusable stems!
