DIANTHUS BARBATUS · SWEET WILLIAM
I feel like I've trialled a whole bunch of different coloured dianthus, as a plant they tick all the cut-flower boxes (productive, scented, long vase-life), but colour-wise I've found them all a bit too jarring and hard to work with.
However in my search I've found this gem, which is just perfection! It's bright warm pink / white bicolour fading blooms are exactly they type of easily blended colour I was searching for! It isn't as uniform in it's growth as the cut-flower professional Sweet series, but it is absolutely worth the space and time in my opinion!
