It has been a long time since we last offered event orders, but with Ari our new office (& seed) lady on board I think we're finally (at very long last) ready to give it another go!
We will be offering limited number of pre-orders throughout our peak spring flush (September to mid–October), and again later with our lisianthus summer flush.

We have been shipping flowers throughout the country for years, but shipping flowers does come with it's own set of quirks & challenges.
Flowers by their very nature are beautifully fleeting, so a speedy delivery is essential.
Here's what we've found helps ensure their best, quickest journey:
Firstly we do everything can to get your flowers ready for their journey. We harvest the day before sending, so they have plenty of time to hydrate and be fully chilled before packing.
Then when packing your order up, we wrap the ends of each bunch with wet newspaper & compostable plastic bags (to keep their hydration levels up). Every box also contains an ice pack or two (depending on how warm it is or how big your box is).
Where We Can Ship To:
While we can ship to any town address throughout the North & South Island, we do always recommend, to ship directly to your nearest Post Haste depot for pick-up, to ensure there are no delays in delivery.
It is usually very reliable that our boxes will make it to any Post Haste depot overnight, but it is the trip from the depot to your address where the greatest chance of a delay can happen.
We also recommend giving your local depot a call before ordering to find out when overnight boxes from New Plymouth typically arrive, so you have an idea when they'll be ready for pick-up, or typically delivered. Couriers can sometimes be a little slow at scanning them in, or letting you know when they've arrived at the depot, so if you know when the truck typically gets in, you'll know when to give them a call to check if it's arrived and ready for pick-up.
South Island shipping is possible, however as flowers need to be overnighted, the courier rates are noticeably more expensive than slower two day plus normal couriering. Overnight services are trucked from our New Plymouth depot to Palmerston North, then flown down to Christchurch, they are then transported by truck from there to their next depot (the further they have to travel from Christchurch, the later in the morning they will arrive).

We can combine shipping on 3–4 small boxes into a large box. Our checkout shipping calculator can't quite added up every unique combination, so if you're ordering a few boxes at once, we'll let a human check and confirm your shipping for you :)
By request only we can also ship your order via NZ Post to the South Island ($48 Small Box // $115 Large Box), however it will be at your own risk as NZ Post are particularly difficult to deal with in a timely manner if anything goes awry with your box.
What Happens if my flowers don't arrive?
Unfortunately despite all our best efforts, we ultimately are at the mercy of the couriers. However if your order hasn't arrived by your usual Post Haste delivery run time, please get in touch with your local Post Haste branch as soon as possible (ideally before 3.30pm, so they have time to sort things out before the end of their business day). They will need your tracking number -- which will be emailed to you when we print your label off before shipping.
What Happens if my flowers don't survive their travels?
If some or all of your flowers don't arrive in an acceptable condition we will provide a full credit, replacement or refund – however you must complete our Bulk Flowers Credit form within 12 hours of their delivery (or non-delivery).
