Nude parchment shades with soft brushed shades of purple, Creme Brulee Phlox are one of the best flowers for blending the popular modern neutral flower palettes.

Beautifully scented, phlox are surprisingly more versatile than they seem, while they start flowering very quickly on very short stems they consistently continue to flower on longer and longer stems as the season goes on, to very useable stem lengths for bouquets and centrepieces.

While they will keep flowering and producing for a few months, succession planting for cut-flower production is recommended as fresh plantings are much more efficient to harvest from once old plantings get into tired thin stemmed tangles.
