My favourite new tulip from last years trials! Ridgedale is the ultimate Northern Hemisphere-esque moody antique, autumn in spring, coloured tulip I've ever grown. A total game changing colour for spring palettes in NZ (not that I'm a fan of mixing up season's colours, but Ridgedale makes me forget all that!).
The best colours are the hardest to describe and Ridgedale does not disappoint, it's a muted rusty raspberry with parchment undertones - or something along those lines anyways :)
