Cerinthe - Honeywort

CERINTHE MAJOR

An old favourite early spring flower! Arching eucalyptus green stems with violet blue bells, Honeywort makes for an amazing early spring foliage in bouquets. Stems seem to lean bluer in cooler temps.

We only have a limited harvest this year as they're  surprisingly tricky to harvest clean seeds in bulk, but after a few different tries at harvesting this season, I think we've figured out how to do it! So we'll have a much bigger harvest next season!
