Still Alive!

My tiny spring bulb trial patch has had a rough start to life. It turned out I planted them in a rather wet spot, perhaps a little too shaded by the hedge in winter. While I was overseas the cows got out & trampled/dislodged quite a few (I popped them back in when I got back home over a month ago), then last weeks crazy southerly blew my polythene over them for a couple of days, got trampled some more by my dad & I as we tried to start setting the polythene right again (lesson learned: use small sections of polythene, so much easier to fix if they do get caught in the wind).

Good thing plants are resilient, I can't wait for the first flowers!
