Come wander the flower field in full bloom!
We grow all our flowers on our approximately half–acre flower farm—specialising in the most interesting and uniquely coloured garden-style cut flowers, like dahlias, garden roses and untold other varieties. The early summer crops have just started winding down (sweet peas + larkspur etc), while the summer workhorses will be in peak flush (zinnias + cosmos etc).
We'll have tours guided by Sarah Hawkless, owner + grower, talking all things flowers and about how + what we grow, starting at 10am + 12pm + 2pm + 4pm.
Admission is free but we'll also have a pop-up stall with a selection of our cut flowers & bouquets available to purchase on the day.
It is a working farm so sturdy footwear is advised as the ground isn't always 100% level. The bees + bumblebees love our flowers so if you're allergic please be aware of them.
If in the hopefully unlikely case the weather forecast looks too miserable for the Saturday, we'll as a back-up option postpone to the next day (Sunday 3rd Feb).
